Steel bucket coal hopper Lambton Primary School

As we were driving past the local primary school one day, I spotted this restored, private owner steel bucket coal hopper. Located on Croudace Street, Lambton. 
One side of the hopper has S.A.M. Coy LD. I'm not sure what that means.




The other side has B.H.P. Co LTD.


The axle box covers with Goninan & CO makers Newcastle on them.
The sign next to the hopper.

    Letters on the side of the wagon refer to the Scottish Australian Mining Co. Ltd.'s B Pit.

    This Act whenever cited shall be sufficiently described as the " Scottish Australian Mining Company (Limited) Railway Act of 1893."
